How this report works

Reported contracts from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (국토교통부). Rent figures are new apartment leases: renewals and likely public rentals are left out. “Jeonse as share of price” compares new jeonse deposits with sale prices per m² in the same buildings over the 3 months to August 2026.

The newest month here is the last one with at least 30 days of reports after it ended. These are past contracts, not homes on the market.
