What you'd do
- Run end-to-end recruiting for all roles (ML/AI,Engineering,Product,Design,Operations) from role profiling through offer negotiation
- Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn,GitHub,HuggingFace,arXiv,conferences,and other direct channels
- Operate the ATS (Greeting) and report on recruiting metrics including time-to-fill,pipeline conversion,and offer acceptance rates

- 3+ years of in-house or recruiting firm hiring experience
- Experience recruiting across diverse industries including IT and startups
- Proven proactive direct sourcing and candidate relationship building
Nice to have
- AI/ML role recruiting experience
- Global candidate communication or English JD writing experience
