What you'd do
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for BCG X roles including interns,AI scientists,engineers,architects,consultants.
- Source active and passive candidates via direct channels,job postings,social media,talent mapping,vendors.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to improve time to hire metrics.

- Bachelor's or master's degree with high academic achievement.
- 3+ years full-time recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in analytics consulting or professional services recruitment.
- In-house recruitment experience at international organizations.
