What you'd do
- Own end-to-end hiring for software engineering functions globally including backend,mobile,desktop,and infrastructure
- Build pipelines using direct sourcing,referrals,and targeted outreach
- Partner with founding teams and engineering leaders on hiring strategy and talent calibration
