Job Description: We’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Specialist - APAC Payments to join our APAC Regional Payment Operations team in Singapore. Payments Product Operations turns recurring customer and operational friction into scalable Product change. In this senior individual-contributor role, you will own a meaningful part of the APAC portfolio. Your assignment may change with regional priorities and could include a market portfolio, Product domain, new direct integration or complex cross-market opportunity. This is a hands-on role. You will set direction and influence senior decisions, but you must also be comfortable working in the detail: exploring data, writing SQL, investigating root causes, defining requirements and driving execution through to adoption and measurable impact. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Regional Operations, as well as other cross-functional teams across Wise.
