What you'd do

Lead full lifecycle of large-scale capital construction projects across Asia-Pacific from entitlement through commissioning.
Provide direct project leadership and on-site oversight for Applied Materials sites across Korea,Japan,China,Singapore.
Manage base build construction including site development,structural systems,MEP infrastructure,architectural finishes.

Demonstrated ability to navigate entitlement and permitting in Asia-Pacific markets,Taiwan strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of EHS principles and international standards: ISO,OSHA-equivalent frameworks.
