What you'd do
- Design,build,and maintain internal platforms and tools serving People,Finance,Ops,Sales,and Engineering teams
- Build API-first integrations connecting HRIS,CRM,finance platforms,and developer tools into a coherent stack
- Build AI and LLM-powered features into internal workflows automating approvals,reporting,and operations
What they want
- 5 or more years of professional software engineering with meaningful time on internal tools or platforms
- Strong backend or full-stack skills in Python,Go,TypeScript or Node.js,or Java
- Hands-on experience building API integrations between third-party SaaS platforms such as Workday or Salesforce
