What you'd do
- Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions using Databricks AI research to solve customer problems (RAG,multi-agent,Text2SQL,fine-tuning)
- Own production rollouts of consumer and internally-facing GenAI applications
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across diverse domains
What they want
- Experience building GenAI applications with HuggingFace,LangChain,DSPy,or equivalent
- Expertise deploying production-grade GenAI apps with evaluation and optimization
- Hands-on data science experience: pandas,scikit-learn,PyTorch
Nice to have
- Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark experience
- Strong technical communication skills for non-technical and technical audiences
