What you'd do
- Plan and operate membership,loyalty,and customer tier programs to grow customer LTV
- Lead product planning and improvement of CRM automation,targeting,and campaign systems based on customer data
- Define requirements for AI-based personalization and segmentation features and execute with engineering teams
What they want
- 5 or more years of PM experience in e-commerce,growth,or MarTech with full product lifecycle ownership
- Experience defining customer problems and shipping aligned products from Why to What to How
- Experience directly improving customer LTV metrics through CRM,loyalty,or membership programs
Nice to have
- Experience defining and executing AI or automation features with engineering and data teams
- Proficiency with data tools such as Amplitude,SQL,or Databricks for direct analysis
