The VP, Wealth Alternatives Product Manager will support the product lifecycle for Nuveen’s real estate wealth offerings, including non-traded REITs, 1031/DST program and other semi-liquid structures. This visible role will support product management, execute on go-to-market initiatives, and serve as a product subject matter expert for distribution and internal partners. The role requires strong real estate and tax-aware investment knowledge, competitive and market intelligence, financial acumen, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives that support product execution, stakeholder engagement, AUM generation and P&L management.
