What you'd do
- Lead end-to-end compensation partnership for assigned business units and advise leaders on compensation decisions
- Design and operate salary ranges reflecting market competitiveness and internal equity
- Lead annual compensation cycles (salary increases,bonuses,promotions) with data analysis and clear governance
What they want
- 10+ years of Total Rewards experience at large corporations or tech-based organizations
- Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with global stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills including salary modeling,market benchmarking,and data-driven decision-making
Nice to have
- Experience working at global organizations or in fast-growth environments
- Familiarity with market benchmark tools such as Radford or Mercer
- High business acumen to align business strategy with compensation policy
