ラベルの読み方。 KMF certified は한국이슬람교중앙회が厨房を監査した印で、今ある保証では一番強い。Self-certified は店主の自己申告で外部監査なし。Muslim-friendly はハラールを出すが未認証。全国で正式KMFはごく少数で、地図の大半は下の2段。権威ある出典で確認できなければ下げて書き、上げません。
