Job Description: We’re looking for a Testing Manager to join our Compliance Monitoring and Testing team. You’ll independently assess whether controls work in practice and whether customers receive the outcomes our obligations require. You’ll lead risk-based reviews across U.S. and Canadian consumer protection, payments, state money-transmission, safeguarding, disclosures, complaints, partner handoffs, and remediation. This is a hands-on testing role. You’ll take reviews from scoping and population definition through evidence, analysis, findings, reporting, and remediation validation. You’ll work closely with Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, Engineering, and Analytics while bringing clear, credible second-line challenge.
