DESCRIPTION: • Garantir a disponibilidade, estabilidade e eficiência dos sistemas e aplicações sob responsabilidade da área, assegurando o atendimento às necessidades e aos requisitos do negócio. • Prestar suporte funcional ao ERP JD Edwards para usuários da América Latina (Brasil, Chile, Argentina, México e Colômbia), utilizando o ServiceNow para gestão e acompanhamento de incidentes, requisições de serviço e demais demandas de suporte. • Suporte funcional das aplicações de TI, ex: ERP, RightNow, Power Apps, Gosocket, Magic, DFE / Taxone, entre…
