Job Description: Our Manufacturing Engineering (MFE) department is looking for a Manufacturing Specialist to join our technical team. In this role, you will be a key connection between Engineering, Operations, and Production, helping to make sure that new ideas and technical solutions can be effectively implemented in production. You will assess whether proposed solutions are feasible, help define the best manufacturing approach, and coordinate specific tooling needs What will you take care of? You will be responsible for: • Feasibility & Engineering Support: Review technical proposals from Engineering and assess whether they can be efficiently implemented in production. • Technical Drawing & 3D Model Interpretation: Read and understand technical drawings and 3D models to identify the best way to manufacture a component. • Tooling Management: Coordinate requests for special tooling, working with suppliers to define requirements, following up on orders, and monitoring delivery dates. • Production & Shop Floor Support: Work closely with the production team and carry out practical checks on the machines to make sure processes and setups work as expected. • Cross-Functional…
