What you'd do
- Own the search system end-to-end including vector indexing,lexical retrieval,hybrid fusion,reranking,and temporal search
- Design and build an agentic search harness that infers human and agent intent across multi-turn and parallel sessions
- Set and own the search quality bar for both human-initiated and agent-initiated search and drive continuous improvement
What they want
- 7+ years building production ML or search systems with deep experience in search,retrieval,or recommendation at scale
- Engineering leadership experience building and leading teams of engineers and scientists
- Deep experience with information retrieval systems including embedding search,lexical search,hybrid retrieval,and reranking
