The Annuitization Product Capability Owner will be responsible for supporting the management of the end-to-end suite of services and products that comprise TIAA's Annuitization platform and Lifetime Income offers. Under limited supervision, the role combines product capability ownership with data analysis to define and support the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable business solutions, adoption strategy, and roadmap that meet internal and external customer needs. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Collaborates with Enterprise-wide Business Owners and partner teams including Advice, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Client Experience, Product Management, and Technology to deliver product solutions on the Annuitization platform. • Supports roadmap development and delivery by ensuring alignment with Enterprise strategy and strategic initiative prioritization and manages progress toward planned outcomes. • Partners with Product Management and Regulatory teams contribute to impact assessments and solution design on new or enhanced product initiatives and regulatory changes. • Prepares executive-facing materials including PowerPoint presentations, business reviews,…
