Job Description: Responsibilities 职责 •New Product Industrialization Leadership: Lead the industrialization of new products from design phase to serial production readiness. Coordinate process planning, equipment specification, plant layout, and capacity planning in alignment with project milestones. Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, quality, and logistics to ensure on-time project delivery. 新产品工业化主导：主导新产品从设计阶段到量产准备全过程的工业化。协调工艺规划、设备规格、厂房布局和产能规划，与项目里程碑对齐。推动与研发、质量和物流的跨部门协作，确保项目按时交付。 •Process Development & Release: Responsible for process design, validation, and formal release for new production lines.
