WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role sits within Converse Korea's Integrated Marketplace organization and reports to the Director, Integrated Marketplace, Converse Korea. The role partners with Merchandising, Marketing, DTC, Planning, Operations, GEO and Global teams, and Key Energy Accounts to execute marketplace strategies, elevate consumer experiences, and drive sustainable growth.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a highly connected marketplace leader with a strong understanding of Korea's sneaker, fashion, and street culture landscape. They combine strong commercial acumen with deep relationships across the Energy channel and a passion for driving brand and business growth through strategic partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 10 years of experience in wholesale, marketplace management, account management, marketing, product, or merchandising within the sportswear, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle industry. • At least 3 years of direct experience partnering with and managing Key Energy Accounts such as Kith, Kasina, Beaker, Boon the Shop, 10 Corso Como, or similar premium fashion and cultural retailers. • Strong understanding of Korea's Energy channel ecosystem, consumer trends, and premium retail landscape. • Proven ability to drive both sell-in and sell-through performance through strategic account planning and marketplace execution. • Fluent Korean and English communication skills for effective collaboration with regional and global teams. • Preferred: Proven ability to create executive-level PPT decks for channel strategy and business planning. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will lead the development and execution of Energy channel and marketplace management strategies for Korea, ensuring alignment with Converse's brand vision and relevance to local consumers. Your work will require strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of culture and community.

• Develop and execute annual and seasonal business plans for key Energy Accounts.
• Manage strategic relationships with Kith, Kasina, Beaker, Boon the Shop, 10 Corso Como, and other key accounts to drive sustainable business growth.
• Secure premium product placement, elevate brand storytelling, and drive marketplace differentiation through key retail partners.
• Lead seasonal sell-in processes and partner with Planning to optimize sell-through performance, inventory productivity, and marketplace health.
• Identify and activate opportunities for premium launches, collaborations, product incubation, and special projects within the Energy channel.
• Work with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Operations to execute impactful retail activations, consumer-facing experiences, effective product allocation, and marketplace execution.
• Deliver market insights, account feedback, and business recommendations to Korea leadership and regional and global stakeholders.
