What you'd do
- Define the problem or target metric each 1-2 month cycle with track lead and DA,and set strategy and experiment plans
- Select features to implement per iteration (3 days to 2 weeks) and drive direction with squad members through to results
- Lead the full product process from planning and design through development,QA,launch,and post-launch analysis

- Agile mindset with experience rapidly experimenting on action items and measuring results with data
- Ability to define 'what is the real problem' independently and pursue solutions proactively
- Collaborative approach to brainstorming and validating ideas across all squad members
Nice to have
- Experience in mobile service or entertainment content planning,operations,or production
- Startup experience building a vision independently and delivering results
- Experience across any product domain (finance,commerce,etc.) is acceptable
