We are seeking a Business Analyst to lead roadmap execution for foundational backend capabilities within the Charles River and Alpha Platforms. This role is ideal for a candidate with 4+ years of technical product management experience in application framework development using cloud-native technology, SaaS platform and infrastructure software development, and enterprise-scale architecture. You will be responsible for gathering requirements and performing business analysis for the key projects for core platform services such as containerization, event management frameworks, workflow orchestration, authentication/authorization, and developer enablement tooling. This is a highly technical role requiring close collaboration with engineering, architecture, and security teams to ensure our platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with the evolving needs of our product ecosystem.
