- Define service scope, success metrics, and product configuration for each new customer
- Recommend service packages based on abuse types, IPR portfolio, and enforcement volume

- Juggle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously across global time zones with clear prioritization
- Lead customer-facing meetings with strong written and verbal communication
