Location: Mumbai, India Department: Business Development Employment Type: 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract Job Purpose The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence across HYBE India's business function, ensuring seamless execution of partnerships, live events, and artist-related projects. Working closely with the Head of Business, this role will support production operations, artist bookings, partner servicing, commercial coordination, and day-to-day business management, while acting as the central point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Business Operations & Project Management • Support the Head of Business in managing day-to-day operations across multiple projects and entertainment IPs. • Drive project timelines, trackers, meeting follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination. • Maintain business documentation, commercial trackers, and internal reports.
