Senior Engineer I, Field Service

What you'd do
- Install,relocate,and upgrade ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites in Dongtan
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues related to PEALD and ALD tool operation
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance following established ASM protocols
What they want
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical,Electrical,or Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 7 years of field service experience in semiconductor equipment required
- Solid understanding of vacuum systems,gas delivery,and electromechanical schematics
Nice to have
- Driving license preferred for independent travel between customer sites
- Hands-on experience operating and maintaining PEALD or ALD equipment
