- Design and manage external SOC Tier 1 detection operations,escalation procedures,and service levels.
- Monitor SOC detection quality and reduce false positives through improved detection scenarios.
- Integrate new service logs into SOC monitoring and continuously enhance detection scope.

- 7+ years of SOC,CSIRT,Security Operations,or Incident Response experience or equivalent expertise.
- Proven experience managing external SOC or MSSP operations,quality oversight,and escalation frameworks.
- Ability to perform deep analysis of complex security events and make independent incident-response decisions.
