What you'd do
- Apply latest training methodologies (continual pre-training,SFT) to build models optimized for the zeta service
- Optimize user preference alignment using RLHF,DPO,GRPO,and similar preference optimization techniques
- Design efficient serving strategies including knowledge distillation,quantization-aware training,and KV cache optimization
What they want
- Strong interest in applying AI technology to real products and iteratively improving performance post-launch
- Solid AI/ML foundations with deep expertise in at least one domain and relevant project experience
- Ability to independently define problems,design and run experiments,and derive actionable insights from results
Nice to have
- Experience developing or operating AI-based products or features in a live service environment
- Led AI research or projects with measurable impact on a product
- First-author publication at NeurIPS,ICML,ICLR,CVPR,ICCV,ACL,or EMNLP,or award at Kaggle-tier competitions
