About the Role: As a Senior Recruiter, you'll lead hiring across multiple brands, functions, and markets, partnering closely with senior leaders as a trusted talent advisor. You'll go beyond individual requisitions understanding business priorities, anticipating talent needs, and helping leaders make sharp hiring decisions. Success requires strong market knowledge, business acumen, sourcing expertise, and the agility to manage multiple brands and stakeholders while holding a high bar for talent. Based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office.
