Own digital customer success outcomes for a portfolio across the APJ region
Design and execute scaled programs,workshops and webinars for adoption and retention
Develop frameworks to measure customer health and improve the customer journey

7+ years of experience in customer success or scaled success roles
Deep understanding of SaaS,data platforms and customer lifecycle practices
Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence without authority

Nice to have

Experience with customer data platforms or marketing technologies
