What you'd do
- Install serving robots at customer sites and lead PoC validation runs.
- Provide on-site maintenance,usage training,and issue response for deployed robots.
- Monitor robot usage data and triage technical incidents in the field.
What they want
- Degree in mechanical,robotics,or electronics engineering,or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong communication,ownership mindset,and collaborative working style.
- Comfortable handling on-site technical troubleshooting under customer pressure.
Nice to have
- Conversational English or another foreign language for global customer support.
- Prior field-service or customer-facing technical support experience.
