What you'd do
- Lead SaaS-based integrated HRIS implementation project including roadmap development and overall project management
- Standardize company-wide HR processes across recruiting,performance,compensation,attendance,and core HR functions
- Configure and align complex HR policies and data flows within the SaaS HRIS solution
