- Plan and operate the monthly AI Transformation (AX) hackathon end-to-end including recruitment,logistics,and results documentation
- Manage event schedules,participant registration,communications,and on-site or online facilitation
- Write operational materials including announcement posts,evaluation criteria,and results reports
