Who we are looking for We are seeking a motivated team member to support the delivery of client change initiatives within our State Street Alpha and Charles River environment. In this role, you will work closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners to help translate client requirements into operational and system solutions. You will bring a structured and analytical approach, with a foundational understanding of front and middle office processes, system workflows, and data flows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
