What you'd do
- Assess supplier quality and technology gaps and execute targeted improvement plans
- Review design engineering early in the design phase to achieve cost and DFx targets
- Conduct on-site supplier assessments covering capabilities,MSA,and process controls

- Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering,physics,materials science,or related technical field
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in complex mechanical engineering or manufacturing
- Demonstrate strong English communication skills for complex technical topics
