What you'd do
- Contribute to training and experimentation of in-house LLMs deployed to real users using zeta service data
- Work on one or more of: global multi-language model training,Trillion-scale MoE model training and serving,real-user behavioral preference learning (RLHF and GDPO),or model evaluation methodology design
- Manage data collection,cleaning,training,and evaluation pipelines for model quality

- Understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals with ability to define and approach problems
- Hands-on experience with the full deep learning pipeline from data cleaning through training,evaluation,and result verification
- Genuine interest in applying AI research to real products and improving user experience
Nice to have
- Papers published at major AI conferences (NeurIPS,ICML,ICLR,ACL,EMNLP,etc.)
- Experience developing or operating AI features in live user-facing products
