What you'd do
- Define and manage NPI program schedules across cross-functional teams and all lifecycle phases
- Drive program execution plans and deliverables from concept development through high-volume production
- Facilitate regular program reviews and proactively communicate status,risks,and required support
What they want
- Hold a bachelor degree in mechanical,electrical,or materials science engineering
- Bring 5 to 10 years of program management experience in semiconductor capital equipment
- Show a proven track record managing configurable product programs through the full lifecycle
Nice to have
- Hold a PMP certification and experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems
- Lead and influence across functions and multiple organizational levels
- Operate independently with minimal supervision and a strong customer-oriented mindset
