What you'd do
- Lead a team of Field Process Engineers supporting the Samsung semiconductor account in Korea
- Develop and implement advanced process solutions for semiconductor manufacturing at customer sites
- Act as technical lead for complex escalations,quality investigations,and customer timelines
What they want
- Master or PhD degree in Material Science,Chemical Engineering,Physics,or equivalent
- 10 or more years of semiconductor industry experience in capital equipment and process technology
- 3 or more years in a leadership or people management role
Nice to have
- Experience working with Korean customers and understanding of local business culture
- Ability to influence across teams and leadership levels
- Experience with customer integration strategy and technology roadmaps
