What you'd do
- Set annual and quarterly revenue targets for Mpickard (digital photocard business) and design execution plans to hit them
- Manage product profitability through pricing,margin,product mix,sales methods,and settlement structure review
- Plan new photocard product lines including seasonal,IP-linked,and package products based on fandom consumption patterns and market trends

- 5+ years of experience in business planning,product planning,commerce,IP business,platform business,or entertainment
- Proven record planning or operating paid products,IP-based products,merchandise,or digital items
Nice to have
- Strong K-POP,entertainment,and fandom business understanding
- Direct photocard or fandom goods business planning,production,sales,or operations experience
- Artist IP,content IP,or licensing negotiation experience
