What you'd do
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including preboarding,onboarding,lifecycle transactions,and offboarding
- Ensure all HR activities comply with Nike policies,global standards,and local labor regulations
- Handle sensitive employee data confidentially and provide accurate guidance on HR policies
What they want
- Minimum 3 years of HR or HR Shared Services experience,multinational organizations preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Native-level Korean and professional proficiency in English,both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience in multinational or shared services organizations
- Prior experience with Workday,SAP,or ServiceNow HR platforms
