What you'd do
- Build large-scale Agentic AI systems using multi-agent orchestration,LangGraph,and ReAct frameworks
- Develop reward-based optimization models using RLHF and RLAIF to maximize advertiser performance
- Lead LLM fine-tuning,distillation,and large-scale distributed inference infrastructure architecture
What they want
- 10 or more years designing,deploying,and operating production ML systems at scale
- Experience building Agentic AI systems: multi-agent orchestration,planning,autonomous reasoning pipelines
- Advanced Python skills,test-driven development,CI/CD,and scalable system design experience
Nice to have
- Master or PhD in CS,engineering,mathematics,or statistics
- Experience in large-scale digital advertising systems architecture
- Post-training RL experience: RLHF,RLAIF,or domain-specific reward modeling
