Process and Controls - Education Savings This job manages day-to-day operational activities and compliance-related controls supporting education savings plans, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of specialized savings and incentive programs. The role serves as a checkpoint for sensitive account activity, customer communications, and regulatory matters, requiring the individual to research, document, escalate, and resolve issues independently once assigned.
