You will sit in the Corporate Development team, working directly with senior management on product analysis, investment and strategic partnerships globally for the Company. Responsibilities:: • Build the analytical backbone for senior management decisions: business cases, market and competitor intelligence, and build-vs-buy-vs-partner comparisons • Identify strategic and financial investment opportunities and conduct due diligence on them • Ongoing support of the Company's portfolio companies • Originate, structure and help execute strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements • Develop and defend a view on where crypto product is heading: trading venues and DeFi/on-chain, RWA and tokenization, prediction markets, stablecoins and payments, AI x crypto etc. and translate that view into concrete opportunities for the business • Prepare materials for senior professionals to use in management discussions, client meetings and the firm's engagement with institutional investors • Manage ongoing relationships with potential partners across crypto and traditional finance sectors • Use AI tooling to compress the manual layer of the role: screening, data pulls, first-draft memos,…
