Job Description: The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Global Air Logistics Sourcing Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: • Lead Global Air RFQ analysis, compiling large sets of data, formatting information and uploading into RFx platform. Run RFx tool, providing feedback and to Q&A with Air Freight providers, lead scenario build with rate and service considerations for overall bid strategy. • Serve as the Global Air Freight Approval Tool contact for all global and regional actions. Analyze and prepare information to support global air freight spot approval decisions in Ship Angel. Upload spot pricing in GAF tool for executive review and approval process. • Maintain and update the Global Master Air Spot Approval File on a weekly basis, providing to FAP teams. • Coordinate spot approval files from third-party logistics providers and support communication with Freight Control teams. • Review spot shipment activity to determine when an OFA or new contract rate may be required. • Input provider proposals and spot quote data to support…
