What you'd do

• Own real-time support for trading,clearing,and exchange apps on CDE and Deribit.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries on markets,connectivity,schedules,and technology.
• Support exchange investigations,error trade analysis,and resolution for internal and external parties.

What they want

• Hold a BA or BS in information systems,economics,finance,or a technical field.
• Bring one or more years in financial markets operations or technical operations roles.
• Demonstrate listed futures or options knowledge with hands-on error trade resolution experience.

Nice to have

• Know prediction markets,event contracts,FIX,network protocols,SQL,or CRM tooling.
• Use Salesforce,JIRA,or similar CRM systems for exchange operations support workflows.

Compensation

$117,420-$123,600 SGD annual base (excluding equity and bonus)
