- 생성형 AI와 소프트웨어 엔지니어링을 결합해 조직의 업무 방식을 실질적으로 바꾸는 도구를 만드는 역할입니다. 모델 연구나 실험 중심의 역할이 아니라, Slack Bot, 사내 AI 툴, 업무 자동화 워크플로 등 전사 구성원이 매일 사용하는 AX (AI Transformation) 기반 소프트웨어를 설계·개발합니다. 목표는 명확합니다. AI를 “추가 도구”가 아니라 업무의 기본 인터페이스로 만드는 것입니다.
■ 주요 업무
- Slack 기반 업무 자동화 Bot 및 AI Agent 개발
- 사내 생성형 AI 도구 설계 및 커스터마이징
