As a Manager of Quality Assurance on VALORANT, you will lead quality strategy and people across some of VALORANT’s most technically complex and cross-cutting domains. You will manage quality owners responsible for a variety of areas within the game and your primary focus will be on the Game Engine, Technical Art, and Release Engineering that power VALORANT. You will be accountable for defining and executing a comprehensive test strategy that supports multiple cross-functional development teams, while shaping and promoting the vision of quality assurance across Riot—so that, “Gamers worldwide know that every experience they have with Riot will be a quality experience.” You will also ensure the execution of all test coverage within your product space, including playtest activities, manage testing, telemetry, defect data and report regularly on product quality.
