Who we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced leader to define, implement, and govern end-to-end environment and batch management capabilities across complex client implementation programs. The successful candidate will combine strategic planning, governance leadership, technical coordination, and operational oversight to support environment readiness, effective batch execution, testing, conversion, operational readiness, and successful go-live outcomes. This role requires someone who can act as the central coordination point across Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, Release Management, and Client teams while effectively managing complex systems, dependencies, risks, and priorities.
