Who we are looking for The Capital Analytics function within the Basel Office plays a key role in ensuring that the capital impacts of State Street’s activities and exposures are properly measured and reflected in the management decision making process. The ideal candidate will combine analytical experience, knowledge of the U.S. capital rules and of the upcoming Basel III Endgame framework, project management skills and an ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. The individual will lead Capital Analytics projects including impact assessment of new businesses/new products, restructuring of existing deals, upcoming rules impact analyses, capital optimization efforts, Quantitative Impact Studies (QIS) and developments of business requirements associated with system upgrades.
