We're looking for a Recruiter to become our first Talent Acquisition team member based in Ukraine. In this role, you'll partner with our global Talent Acquisition team and hiring leaders to hire exceptional talent across technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You’ll play a key role in hiring and growing our teams across Kyiv and Lviv. From generating strong talent pipelines to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you'll manage the entire candidate journey. By developing a strong understanding of our teams’ hiring needs and search requirements, you'll effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful. What You'll Do : • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles. • Source candidates outside standard channels such as LinkedIn, using local job boards, Ukrainian veteran networks, industry communities, referrals, events, and your own professional network. • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. • Partner collaboratively with our PX Partners to ensure alignment on hiring needs, internal mobility processes, performance…
