In English: registration via bot or macro programs (매크로 프로그램) is prohibited. Illegitimate registrations via unfair methods including macro programs, including holding payment slots, are overloading the TOPIK registration site and depriving other applicants of registration opportunities. The TOPIK center may cancel registrations and suspend accounts suspected of using such unfair methods.
This warning appears for the site as a whole, not for IBT or PBT specifically. Seat demand is a current, officially acknowledged problem across both formats.
