Employer’s description
The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination. n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact. Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve: - Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders - Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects - Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. 🎯 Your main goal will be to build and own a high-performing Mid-Market territory in the US, creating pipeline from the ground up and converting technical buyers into high-value n8n customers. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping us sharpen the playbook for our next stage of US growth: Own your pipeline from scratch - Build and execute a self-sourced prospecting strategy across a greenfield/ whitespace territory, including account mapping, segmentation, and multi-channel outbound across calls, email, social, and events. - Own opportunities through the sales cycle, engaging technical buyers including Developers, DevOps, IT leaders, and CTOs. - Guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, translating n8n’s capabilities into clear business value. - Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure a smooth path from evaluation to onboarding Hit activity benchmarks that drive pipeline - Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outbound activity (calls, emails, meetings booked) and self-sourced opportunities created, treating prospecting as a daily discipline. Think like a territory owner, not just a closer - Continuously refine your outbound approach based on conversion data (connect rates, meeting-to-opportunity rates) to improve territory performance. - Partner cross-functionally with marketing/SDR teams to fill gaps in inbound coverage. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES - 📈 B2B SaaS sales experience: You have 3+ years of experience in a Mid-Market Account Executive or similar B2B SaaS sales role. - 🏆 Top-performing track record: You have demonstrated success as a top performer, including a track record of performing within the top 10% of your sales team. - 🎯 Hunter mindset: You have a proven track record of generating your own pipeline through consistent, high-quality outbound prospecting. - 🤝 Technical sales experience: You’ve successfully closed technical deals and are comfortable selling to Developers, DevOps, IT teams, CTOs, and other technical stakeholders. - 🧪 Complex evaluations: You have experience navigating proof-of-concept and technical evaluation processes from initial interest through to close. - 🚀 Entrepreneurial mindset: You’re comfortable taking ownership, building from a blank page, and finding creative ways to unlock opportunities. - ⚡ Startup adaptability: You thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment where priorities evolve and autonomy is expected. NICE-TO-HAVES - 🛠️ Developer ecosystem experience: You have experience selling open-source products, developer tools, or within a product-led growth company. - 🌱 Scale-up experience: You’ve worked in a Series A–C startup and understand what it takes to build repeatable processes while moving quickly. - 🌎 LATAM experience: You’re fluent in Spanish and/or have experience selling into or working with the LATAM market. Why join us? At n8n, you won’t be stepping into a fully defined territory and simply running an existing playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to build your market, create your own pipeline, win technical customers, and directly influence how we scale our Mid-Market sales motion in the US. You’ll join a fast-growing, product-led company at an exciting stage of its journey, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while having the autonomy to experiment, learn, and shape how we grow. Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
